MoveRoll Horizontal Conveyor
MoveRoll horizontal conveyors offer an easy and innovative solution to transport paper rolls horizontally from point A to destination B. The conveyor modules are equipped with standard pressure elements, and have a height of 40 mm. The modules are easy to install and mount, for example directly on the floor of paper mills. Conveyor modules are available for horizontal paper roll transport, ramp applications, winder deck applications, as well as for turntable applications.
MoveRoll pressure conveyors do not have moving parts. Paper rolls are conveyed by pressure elements, that control air pressure and thus generate the rolling movement of the rolls. This unique technology enables smooth, safe, and controlled paper roll handling.

MoveRoll Centralizing Module
MoveRoll Centralizing Module horizontally transports paper rolls without moving parts and allows an accurate positioning of the roll, e.g. for labelling, measuring or during the elevator transportation. The product itself is silent and safe, has a short cycle time and high capacity.The conveyor is modular and can be assembled directly onto plain floor without need for supporting structures or foundation. The modular design allows easy modifications and makes the installation and start up process quick and easy.

MoveRoll Turntable Module
MoveRoll Turntable Module is used to transport rolls in more than one direction. The new unique and innovative technology used to convey and turn the paper rolls makes the delivery of paper rolls easy, flexible and fast.
The working principle is very simple: The turntable receives the roll and locks it to the centre using pressure elements to control it. After a turn into the desired direction the roll is driven out to the next destination.

MoveRoll Ramp Conveyor transports paper rolls downhill or uphill without moving parts and allows controlled smooth movements. The product itself is silent and safe, has a short cycle time and high capacity. The conveyor is modular and can be assembled directly onto plain floor without need for supporting structures or foundation. The modular design allows easy modifications and makes the installation and start up process quick and easy.
